The food writer for Esquire magazine, Mariani recently anointed Louisville as  “one of the emerging food destinations in the U.S.”  For you foodies out there that live anywhere near the Cincinnati/Louisville/Lexington area Proof on Main is the place to be!  21C is  a museum a hotel and a restaurant!  There isn’t a more appropriate atmosphere to host a rehearsal dinner than a place that caters to the visual as well as the culinary arts!
