A Soft Palette: Blush & Sage

As we enter spring, pastels are popping up everywhere; your dogwood tree starts to bloom, bradford pears line the streets like rows of large cotton balls on sticks … cherry blossoms and red bud trees fill the parks with pink accents. IT’s a perfect setting to become inspired by spring. If you’re looking for a soft, natural palette blush and sage are two of the finest.

Paint Party!

The Soiree Cafe’s office is getting a bit of a face lift this weekend.  It’s going from eggshell to Amazon Stonegray!  Since my thoughts are mostly consumed with painting, I felt it fitting to share a truly unique party idea- The Paint Party!

These invitations first featured on Mix Mingle Glow are made out of basic water color paint sets.  The information for the party is printed off and glued to the back!

What’s really great is the Paint Party can be tailored to any age- toddlers, kids, teens, adults.  C’mon, whose inner 5-year old hasn’t been begging for this moment to arrive?
